Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under specific conditions.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted if there is a material defect in the product. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders, or other non-defective reasons.
2. Process for Returns
If your item has a material defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at studio@watercolorsbylauren.com. Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and, if possible, photos of the issue. We will guide you through the return process.
3. Return Shipping Costs
